Has any tried to get on the POR page on the Disney website recently? I've been trying to price out some packages on the site and I'm planning on staying at POR, but for the last couple of weeks, every time I try to do a POR package, the page won't load. As soon as I price a package with ANY other resort, there are no problems. :confused3 Anyone else having this issue?

I didn't have any problem just now. :confused3:confused3

First Stop usually is FQ but I mean sometimes they skip it if they don't need to go there. Also, When they do stop at FQ usually it doesn't take too long. The bus would beat you to POR if you got off.

I wonder how full the bus would be by the time it got to where the royal rooms are located in Riverside. I hate standing on those buses:crazy2:
That's why I was wondering how far it would be to walk from the royal rooms to the very first bus stop.:)

Our experience a few weeks back is that usually by the first stop enough people clear out that there are seats up for grabs.

It happens. I tried a while back for another resort and it wasn't POR kept freezing and not loading. It has to do with traffic on the site at that time. I kept reloading it and it worked after a few times.

Well like Grace, mentioned yeah it clears out and more seats become available. Also buses come to the parks every 15 minutes on average and the next one may have more seats. I have just waited before for another bus myself.

I have noticed that Disney sites work much better on Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome. I was unable to check-in on Chrome but it worked fine on Explorer. Hope this helps.

Yes! I've been having issues with price quotes on my personal laptop via Google Chrome in the evening, and then I had the same issue on my work laptop via Internet Explorer midday. I had it happen on POR and BC pages.

I had problems with Firefox and IE when trying to check POR and Poly. Make sure your browser is up to date. My IE is up to date and still won't load but I updated Firefox and now it loads every time.

Just sitting in front of Fulton's with our bags ready to catch the ME to airport home. Very sad to see it come to an end - we had a great week and wish we could stay longer. We really have enjoyed this resort and hope to be back again in a few years. Thanks to all the wonderful CM's that truly make this the happiest place on earth.

To those who have recently stayed at POR, did you experience any transportation problems? Buses? Boats to DTD? Thanks!

The boats to DTD can run a little slow. Especially at meal times. Other then that and one indecent where a fellow bus rider had to much wine at the food and wine festival and ended up sick on the bus (Everyone had to get off at the south depot) we had no problems. Busses got crowded for sure. We often had to stand everything ran smoothly.

Just an FYI; I see folks get upset when the they only fill half the boat with people. They do this because they will stop at POFQ to pick up more folks. When using the boats we know it may take a bit longer, but we are not using the boats to rush anywhere, we just want to enjoy the relaxing ride down the river:)

We found a few days where there not enough buses for POR to the parks and we had to wait a while. The same was the problem when we wanted to leave the park and go back to the resort.

I can finally say we are in double digits!!!! So excited to see my countdown app say 99 days!

Seeing a lot of bad reviews about the buses :( I want to be in the royal room for my daughter, but not if the buses will be full everytime they get the the south depot :(

I have never had an issue with the buses. We just make sure to be at the south depot while everyone is eating breakfast in the food court then take our time leaving the parks because the later buses are usually less packed.

Just my 2cents.

Same here. Never had an issue. And we've been when it's at capacity.:confused3
