Is there a good grocery store near the Riverside Resort?

There is a super walmart, super target and a goodings (i think) all with in 15-20 minutes.

SuperWalmart on Vineland is really close and the one I always go to. Prices are not super inflated, and they have a good selection. The supertarget and goodings are off of 535 I think.


ETA: There is a liquor store in the front of the Superwalmart.

That is helpful advice. I'm thinking it will make dh very happy to have some beer in room.

Also I like (and prefer, really) the all white bedding. Hotel comforters gross me out.

Is coffee included with the refillable mug or is it just soft drinks? We haven't been to WDW in six or so years and we stayed at CBR last time and I can't remember if you could get coffee w/ the mug. I'm pretty sure we did, but don't know if that has changed now.

The coffee tea and hot chocolate were not RFID dependant so you don't have the fill and wait problem. Oh course most people are not going to chug hot coffee in two minutes.

We leave tomorrow for our first stay at POR!!!! I have faxed in my request for an upper floor, mansion building, and as close to the main buildings as possible. I also requested a fridge. I have no medical reason to need one other than it would be nice to have. No biggie one way or the other. I will let you know how we come out with our requests.

You know that email you get from Disney about MM+, magic bands, FP+, etc.?

I got that today.

I check in Monday.

Way to be on the ball, Disney

The last time I went in 2009 we were able to add a fridge to the room for an up charge per night. I guess that's not an option anymore??

That used to be the case with the value resorts, but now fridges are available in all rooms at all resort levels at no extra charge. The problem now is that they had to replaces all the fridges due to some mechanical issue, and it's been a slow process, but as has been said, they prioritize requests for medical reasons.

I love Aviation and Canada so if its snowing at the airport take some pics when you get to your terminal and if you have time that is. Snap some shots before you board looking outside. I mean if you don't mind. I miss visiting up there!

We've gone to the Publix on Vineland. It also happens to be just across the street from the Premium Outlet Mall

I live locally and love Publix. Clean stores and great customer service.
