POR Royal Guest Room

Which location (bldg) at POR Riverside would be the best location for a Royal Guest Room that is conveniently located nearest the main bldg and bus stops?

We were in Oak Manor (90) and it was very convenient! About a 5 minute walk to food when walking leisurely.

The Royal rooms are only in Oaks Manor and Parterre Place mansions. The East bus stop (accross the parking lot) is closer to Oaks manor. We like Oak manor and we will put in a request for a room close to the bridge, because the bridge leads you to the main bldg and FC. Plus we use the Bus stop by the main bldg.

30 seconds to quiet pool, 5 minute walk to the main hub buildings, add another few minutes over bridge to Old Man Island for us in standard facing parking. We got the bus at the main stop in front of main hub. I think they are in a great location.
