DOES ANYONE KNOW WHICH ROOMS ARE RENOVATED AND KIND OF CENTRALLY LOCATED. I'VE READ TO FAX OR CALL IN THE REQUEST ABOUT 4 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN. THANKS.

magnolia terr. in the mansion section was just finished being renovated when we stayed in july. we like this area cause it seems to be centrally located to the main pool area, gift shop and food court.

forgot to say. each time i made our reservation i requested say like 1st floor, non smoking and where i wanted to be, like magnolia terr. and when we checked in i usually ended up with what i asked for. never faxed or called a few days before arriving. everything always seems to work out perfectly

Most resorts are ignoring the faxes nowadays. You should call central reservations and have them note your requests in your reservation.

CM's are also usually very good about granting requests at check in.



PS: it is considered shouting to type in all capital letters.

You will have a great time at POR.
