por room locations

We're thinking of changing our December vacation for better room and airline rates.
We've never stayed at POR and we're curious about some room recommendations. We will have a standard view. Some of the standard views at CSR and CBR open out to little gardens. Anything like this at POR? Preference for Mansions vs Bayou? Any help will be appreciated. We are DH, DW, and 2 DD's ages 19 and 16.

We stayed in the Alligator Bayou section last November. We were in building 14, which I loved, on the first floor standard room. The grounds here are so beautiful and our room looked out onto the path to the food court. There are trees and ponds and such nice landscaping. We were very lucky and very pleased with our room. There is also a trundle bed in these rooms so if your girls didn't want to share a bed you wouldn't need to get a roll away. Hope this was a little helpful.

Helps alot, the girls aren't big on sharing a bed and we always have to get them separate blankets. Thanks for the tip.

It looks small. Is it the same size as a twin bed with the other bed being a full? Thanks for the picture.

Yes it is a twin bed and the other beds are full beds. I never used it so I don't know how comfortable it is.

it is very, very thin. My 3 year old began to complain about it after the 3rd night and then my other two each had to have a turn sleeping in it because she would not anymore. I don't think a teen would be comfortable at all. sorry!
