POR Dec rate check please & AP

OK, I have a reservation at POR 12/15-12/22, AAA rate of $107. My sister has a room, same time, same rate. I'm wondering if an AP would be worth it, but with the new system, I can't check. Can someone check for me? Also, DH will be staying at POP 1/12-1/15, would there be an AP (best rate) for that? This is complicated, but I like to get the best deal possible. AP has to be adult for best rate, right?

PO-R didn't come up at all, it gave me CBR at $733.74
Pop came up $197.40 for Jan dates

just checked again, I wanted to make sure I checked for standard rooms, which I did. This time PO-R came up...same price as CBR $733.

Wow....I thought that $733 was a pretty good price & it comes out to $104 a night (tax included!!)

The AAA rate that you have is pretty good too!

A Mickey Fan is correct. The rate is 94$ pn or 104.82 with tax

The January dates give 115$ pn or 128.23 with tax.

I'm staying at POFQ in December at 94$ and I was quite happy with the rate.
Not as good as usual, but better than AAA but a few $
