We will be 4 women (all related) and are hoping to save $ by staying in one room. We get along and have done this on the DCL. Will we be cramped? I have booked the room with a trundle bed.

I have been told the trundle sleeps a small child. There are two double beds in the room. The rooms are small (I've found most rooms are small, but you're not in them much). If you don't mind sharing a double bed with each other and sharing a bathroom, you'll be fine. Pack light, no room for luggage :)

If you can do this in your average size hotel room you will be fine. There are two sinks and this resort is beautiful. You may want to request the Magnolia bend section which is especially nice.

The rooms are SMALL! Back when POR was still Dixie Landings, my wife and I, along with our two toddlers, stayed there. There was barely room to move. We ended up checking out a day early to head to our condo in Sarasota. If you're on a budget, I highly recommend you book 2 rooms at the All-Stars, or you'll be tripping all over each other.

We've stayed there with five women ages 18-29. Three of us were sisters, the others close friends. We all took turns sleeping on the trundle bed and while I didn't love it, it was ok for one night. I'll do anything to be in Disney!! We were 5'3"- 5'6".

If you don't mind sharing your bed, you don't even need the trundle. We loved the mansions more than the bayous but others will tell you the opposite.

What will you be doing in your room - playing laser tag? If not, you will be all set. Take out the two chairs and push the table to the window. If you need more room, place the sitting bench that is beside the T.V console under the clothes rack in the double sink room. Depending on the size of the luggage, put them under the bed without the trundle. In fact, if you need more room for luggage or packages under the bed and are not using the trundle, have housekeeping remove it, then you will have two storage areas under the beds.

We know these rooms very well. It will be great!

I would go with 2 value resort rooms. Everyone would have their own bed and you would have 2 bathrooms. Good luck!

Toad-
Can you tell me what the extra charge was? I have several pairs on our Magical Gatherings trip and some suggested that they share a room. It would also be four adults.

The extra charge is $15 per night per additional adult so for us, $30 per night.

Thanks for all the replys. I went ahead and booked the room. We have stayed in the value resorts before (2 in a room), and while I agree we each have our own bed, etc., I was a bit freaked out by the mayham and madness of the food coutrts, pools, etc. Time for an upgrade......

I think you are much better off sharing beds in a Moderate than 2 rooms in the all stars---- without children esp.....the food court is much calmer and has a sit down restaurent that is great - Boatwrights.........ask for the mansion section.....i think it is prettier

I STAYED 4 ADULTS IN AN ALL START SPORTS ROOM...WHICH IS A VALUE RESOURT UNLIKE THE MODERATE RESOURT THAT YOU ARE STAYING IN AND WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. WE SHARED THE BEDS...THERE ISNT REALLY ROOM FOR A COT SO AS LONG AS YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH SHARING A BED YOU SHOULD BE FINE AND BESIDES YOU ARE HARDLY GOING TO BE IN THE ROOM ANYWAY WITH THE POOLS AND THE PARKS...YOU'LL ONLY NEED IT FOR SHOWERING AND SLEEPING princess: ND A PLACE TO STORE ALL YOUR SOUVIES ;)
