As you can see we don't care, just put on the ponchos and go!! But this time we will have 2 little ones with us. All the ponchos I have seen are to big. Do I cut one down? What about a stroller cover? Amy has a double one (front/back) where can we get a cover from?

I hope we get our vacation packets soooooon!!!!!

After I asked about making adr's "late" the other day, I actually got a call a couple of days later from a very very nice CM who reminded me to make my ADR's. I initially thought WAHOO, :woohoo: Disney called me, then I thought YIKES, Disney called me!!! I need to get with the program and make some adrs!! So, I made a few and will post as soon I get them all done.

How does everyone feel about Le Cellier?? I see alot of people going. I was thinking it would be a good place for DH and I to go kidless one night.

I see you are getting in one day ahead of us, we are arriving on the 27th, but only staying to the 1st.

alright lady i'm an experienced little one traveller!

first tell Amy i say Hi, she's been away too long!

next:

the childrens ponchos are still too big for them (i beliee they just a bit older than my 2 right??)

i am packing their rain coats with hoods as i did last yr. since DD was a walker already and i knew she would want to head out! haha!! (also pack some tylenol, i gave her some every night in case she had a cold coming on!! NEVER HAPPENED!!)

The rain coats tend to be too hot though in the Florida heat, so sometimes we just waited it out.

okay next topic, i too have the front to back stroller (talk about a PAIN) it's a Graco duo Glide. For this stroller and other doubles, they sell the double stroller cover at Babies R Us, this is usually the only place i found it. You can also check Toys R us in the stroller department. they are about 25.00

We used ours a gradn total of ONCE last year! haha!! by the time it starts to rain and you get it on, in FL the rain is OVER! haha!!!

soooo it was pretty pointless! we are bringing it this yr, but probably just going to hop in line for a ride or scoot into a store and throw ponchos over the seats to keep em dry! this works for us much better!! ::yes::

we're doing Le cellier, just from all the raves they have gotten!!! we are with kiddies though :) and it's going to be our first time!!!!!

Thanks Michelle :wizard:

I will go to Babies R Us and look. I know what you mean about waiting out the rain. A couple of times we didn't even take out our ponchos. But last time it rained none stop for about 3 hours, so I would rather be safe.

Amy has been very busy since Hayley started walking :rotfl: Katelyn will be 3 in January and Hayley turned one in August.

So no one sells small ponchos :sad2: I thought about the raincoats and thought the same thing that they would be to hot, sometimes the ponchos are to hot :sunny: Maybe I will just buy a childs for Katelyn and cut it, I know she will want to walk at times especially with Aunt Stacey and Aunt Sarah.

Does it rain alot in September or just like in the summer about 20 minutes every day?

The September rain is all those little showers...UNLESS it's a hurricane band you are getting, then it rains alot. so it's give or take.

We really have not had to omany problems, but like you we like to just go for it!! DD stayed pretty dry with raincoat and she walked around. but at times she WANTED to get wet

USE THE BABY CARE CENTERS! honestly! they are a life saver in the heat. WE changed diapers, fed Autumn and sometimes she just wanted to run free and not be told to stay right next to us! haha!! (the one at AK is AWEsOME!!)

They don't sell Cheerios anywhere on property a lot of the time, so bring your own if they are a good snack for the little ones!! Autumn and Gabriel LOVE them!

LYSOL WIPES! if anyone is still in diapers, even with the siaper pad, you will WANT to wipe down those changing areas! we ALWAYS do! i even carry around my GIANT lysol can!! ::yes::

WIIPES in general, they are a life saver for EVERYONE in the party! esp. if there is only one CS table open and it's DIRTY with ketchup and stuff!!! ::yes:: we use them on everything and everyone!!

On Autumns gym shoe last yr, i had an alien green mickey head laminated and hole punched and put her last name on it and first name and our cell # JUST IN CASE!! we NEVER let her out of our sight and she was in the stroller 99.9 percent of the time, but we did not want to take any chances!

TAKE A PICTURE at the beginning of the day of what the kids are wearing and another one if they change clothes, b/c if something happens, you tend to forget what they were wearing.

okay for the fun stuff!!! no matter how clean the children are make sure you at least bring an extra shirt or you will be buying many t-shirts (spoken from experience!!!!). AND of course let them eat a mickey bar (wipes and extra shirt needed here!!) Autumn made a DISASTEROUS mess, but on video it's too cute!!

i also pack a swim suit so that the kids can run around in the POP jets at EPCOT and DTD and MK and AK!! they can get soaked in these locations!! ::yes:: but it's fun and a good break from the stroller! oh and a good place to play when it rains!!

I like numbers.
The DISers on this list represent a total of 952 room nights over a period of 31 nights, from the party checking in on September 9 to the party checking out on October 9 (not including one person who hasn't given Michelle their dates :)). And never mind how much total we're paying them :teeth: Oh, and this is just people who Michelle's been tracking - there have to be more of us...
We have 118 DISers who will be there on September 30, although ten of you will be checking out that day :sad2:
108 of us will therefore still be at/in Pop on October 1, with no arrivals but eight more leaving

With all that, maybe Pop can do SOMETHING to make it easier for us to locate each other... :teeth:

Sounds good, just like being at home ( I raised 5 :faint: )

Baby wipes are good ALL the time, I always carry them. Last time Stacey spilled hot chocolate on her pink shirt (she's 13) right as the bus was coming. I gave her a baby wipe and it took it right out.
