I think she gets back on Saturday.

I know it needs to be fun, but it gets scary trying to get all of our ADRs in. This is one drawback to the whole ADR system. Planning so far in advance.

But.... I THINK I have it figured out!

13 - Arrival. No dining plans as of yet. Depending on flight time, maybe POP CS. Mojito meet that night.
14 - CP am. Kona Cafe before MNSSHP.
15 - Chef Mickey's. Hop to MK for Spectro
16 - Brown Derby
17 - Beirgarten
18 - 50's Prime Time
19 - Rose & Crown
20 - Sea World (for free with "Heros" passes) Pizza delivery that night
21 - no plans
22 - Departure

Any ideas on how to fill the 21st?

We did Hoop last year. And Brown Derby is a 2 credit place. I am sooo confused for the last day. But going out with a bang is a great idea! If he wasn't sooooo sold on BD I would switch to the luau.

Really floors me that BD is 2!!! Seems silly. There's no show, or anything really special about it.

It is considered a Signature Dining Experience whatever the heck that means. I don't even really want to go, but Ryan INSISTS On eating the duck there. Last time I pretty much picked where I wanted to go. This time I am giving him more of a choice. It will all work out ok! (I hope!) My only MUST do was Biergarten. And I was secretly hoping he would want to do Rose and Crown again. Because I LOVED it!!!! And he mentioned it, so I jumped all over that!

Ok, off to eat dinner and watch American Idol! Exciting life I lead eh?

Well it finaly happened. I was # 14 in a class of 60. Now i'm #49, i failed my first test. I 'm so stressed about it too, which i did not think i would be. I got a 73, passing is a 75. I missed it by 2 points. I was just starting to feel comfortable and thought i had it all down pat. Now i'm terrified i will fail more and be kicked out. We are allowed 2 failures, after your 3rd they remove you from the class. we have a 100 question test every friday. We were all told that this program has always had a 50% failure rate and if 60 got in, only 30 would most likely make it. The thing that gets me is the number one guy in the program, well everyone knows him and he is a weasel when it comes to street work. I hate to say it like that,but it's true. He is book smart, but lacks common sense, something you must have in the streets to survive and help someone else survive.

That is driving most of the class nuts, On one job 2 years ago, someone ran up to him screaming thier baby was trapped on the second floor of a house fire. What were supposed to do, if go in the building for the rescue and announce on the radio that every FDNY guy on duty has, were your going(floor, room, front or back of the house,etc) so they know where you are or are going. A real FDNY street smart guywould do this, call oon tyhe radio and let them know he is going to etc for a possible trapped infant, this guy runs to find the chif and tells him that he thinks the chief should send a crew in to look for the baby,common sense would made anyone else go do a search and rescue or recovery for the infant.

The baby was trapped with the babysitter ,both made it after being rescued out of the blaze thru the 2nd floor back windows with a ladder truck. Thanks to my guys there, i was off, but if it was up to this guy, i almost sure that the baby and sitter would have died. He lacks the drive to get the job done or do anything smart or usefull at runs other than stand back like he is watching with the crowd. Yet somehow this guy is #1 with test scores. I'm not the only one that feels like this, the whole class which consist of 5 captains, 3 chiefs and 3 lieutants and the rest of the class out of 60 who knows this guy has all said this. The call him the laziest FDNY guy in the dept, HE might work for the FDNY but he is not the FDNY meaning its not in his blood, but just a job for him. That was said by one of the chief 's in the class .Ok, face it you don't here me vent often, so here it is. It just drives me nuts to know that someone will most likely pass this rescue class and most likely never use it to help someone or make a difference. I have another test next wenesday, instead of friday, so wish me luck.

Morning everybody!!! Today is orthodontist day! Everything will be fine. Of course I woke up at 4:30 with a panic attack that I am doing something to jul that will make her life suck for a while.

see ADR's are easy for me! The girls are still so into the character meals, that we use the TS credits on those....so al 18 of my credits will be for character dining....that doesn't go far! I was thinking maybe for Casey's 16th bday I'd take her alone & she & I could do some more of the grown up dining things...

It'll be ok Jenn!!! & look at this way...IF it hurts & her life sucks for a few days.....maybe she'll grow up tp have all that much MORE appreciation for the hard job of a mom! & will be able to empathise with her kids better....ok ok I know I reaching for straws here...but really she'll be ok!!!! Casey had 6 spacers put in...nothing a little tylenol and a big old bowl of ice cream didn't make better...speaking of tylenol....my ortho recommended we give Casey a dose of Motrin/tylenol somthing.....about 1/2 hour before the appointment.....he said it would make it less uncomfortable during...

PJ I'm sorry, I know it's a lot of pressure, I know it's very nervewracking. BUT you are probably one of the best rescue workers I've ever come in contact with (& I worked at a hospital for 9 years)...SO I KNOW you can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ALL KNOW you can do this!!!! Think of the rewarding WDW trip at the end of the tunnel! Think of how PROUD you're DW & DS will be of you! Think of that NEW baby you're working on!!!!! Just be the best YOU can be...no nerves, no worries, because if you're the best PJ you can be...I'm pretty darn sure that's PLENTY good enough for the academy!

CHIN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! I had braces as a teen and never wore my retainer after I got them off. I can't believe I did that now. My top teeth look nice and straight but my bottom teeth, the 2 front teeth, one is slightly in front of the other.

Yes! I had braces as a teen and never wore my retainer after I got them off. I can't believe I did that now. My top teeth look nice and straight but my bottom teeth, the 2 front teeth, one is slightly in front of the other.

The exact same thing happened to me, one tooth over from the middle on the bottom. BUT, I didn't wear my retainer enough after the braces. I did it to myself.

I don't know where the tink topiary is, but I read that there are LOTS at EPCOT for the flower festival! Can't wait to see them!

Same here. My orthodontist was so pissed that I wasn't wearing my retainer. But like you said, I did it to myself.
