I'm going to say it and i'm only going to say it once.

Everyone reads things differently. we cannot unfortunately read sarcasm or anything like that on here, and some people read it where it is not. It has happened to me.

NOW the way it was stated on this thread, i will be the first to admit that it WAS rude sounding...but once again, THAT is how I read it. I wish stuff like this could have stayed in PMs or something like that.

NEXT, no one was being excluded. We have gotten comfortable for like what? MONTHS with each other and that was the same thing that Jedi, Michele and I had. HOWEVER I rarely get to chat with them since I don't head over to that thread anymore. SO i understand what people here MEANT about only wanting it to be friends that have been chatting here, NOT an everyone and anyone that lives in Chicago and happens to see the posting. BUT i will be the FIRST to also say that I was the one that invited Jedi and Michele. Why? well if you trust me (and i know you do ) you will understand that I totally know our personalities TOTALLY mesh AND I know that Jedi (whose name is Carmen) and Michele would totally fit in. So when it was said that it was supposed to be lunch with friends, THAT is what i took it to mean.

ALRIGHT, this has been the longest post on earth! at least for this thread and DEFINATELY for me, since i am the QUEEN of breaking up my posts to get lots for my post count

I LOVE all of you all...I don't want anyone to leave.

NOW to clarify...This is directed AT EVERYONE in the Chicago land area that is reading this.

This is meant in FRIENDLY language, not sarcasm, not talking down, not being mean. It's matter of fact between friends.

I will be there and it will take me FOREVER to get there, i will have one husband, 2 kids AND i will most likely throw up a total of 3 times on the drive there...SO YOU WILL BE THERE!!

Okay, i can't for some reason post the pictures of the ultrasound, but if you do want to see it, click here:

Now the ones in a row on the left are standard ones of the little peanut

the one on the right is with the 4-D ultrasound machine! This one allows you to see facial expressions and such as the time gets closer, DH just wanted to see what it would look like now. it is pretty cool though!

No, I think you're cool because you post on this thread so we know you, thus the invite. I think the fear was that some people who never posted here would show up as total strangers and it'd be kind of wierd.

I love the pregnancy photo idea too..I think khakis and a white shirt looks great...I know a lot of people who have done it. We didn't with Casey or Patrick because I just had never heard of it, with Grace...well I was "convinced" in my head that she wasn't going to be ok and live, so I didn't want any - i know weird grief stricken pregnant people do weird things

I'm pretty sure I know where I'm going Sat - what's the addy ???? Cat said it's easy to find...

diapers, we bought generic once and they were just awful rash-inducing pieces of paper on my little ones tush! We stick to Huggies and Luvs now!! i actually love the Luvs for now, but am a Huggies fan for new borns, i don't like them in bigger sizes though!
