I am - but still nervous!!!

I dont even know WHY Im nervous!!! But I am. Im afraid because I havent been able to run my plans by the person going with me, I might have screwed something up!!! Stupid, I know!

But yeah - excited FINALLY! I started giggling in the car thinking, not including today - in 3 nights, I will be watching Fantasmic!

YAY!!!

I can't believe it is already here!!! I am so jealous! You will have a WONDERFUL time! I usually go sometime between this week and next every year. It is WIERD down there, there have been some years that we can wear shorts and a long sleeve shirt, and two years ago I have pictures of my DD in her winter Patriots jacket, hat and gloves!!! I think that even at night usually jeans and a sweatshirt will do. Have a great time, can't wait for Pic's upon your return!!!!!!

Okay, I have a crazy question. I need to have some things notarized. Does the notary have to see the person signing it? Like, if I have a doctor sign something, does the notary have to watch him sign it in order for her to notarize it?

morning peeps! the snow has me changing my mind of venturing out alone with the little ones!! so here i am and they are still in bed! must be nice! i think gloomy days like today with no sun make them sleep in longer! wierd!

On the radio, they were saying that today is "blue monday". A psychologist somewhere named today the most depressing day of the year. Evidently a combo of bad weather, less sun, christmas debts, and broken resolutions.

Bummer huh?

They said that people should get up, get dressed, try to look good, listen to happy music, and then I got out of the car.

Well considering "Nicole" isn't my real first name....it's my middle. Well, no, my first and middle name are way too common. I would have liked something more unique too.

I thought so. But by no means am I an expert. I thought that by notarizing (is that a word) they were witnessing the siggie. Ok, so I just Yahoo'ed Notarization and here is what it had on the state of Michigan's website, I think it would be the same elsewhere:


When a notary public takes a verification on oath or affirmation, or witnesses or attests to a signature, the individual signing the record must do so in the presence of the notary. There is no exception to this requirement.

Hope that helps, and there were plenty more websites with other wordings that were similar....

Today is DEFINATELY BLUE MONDAY in these parts!!!! Those freakin' Colts!!!!

Other than that, I agree, the weather is COLD and yuckie, I just scheduled all my payments for my CC's that are due next month, the real estate taxes are due on 2/1, and our tennant is moving out so there will be no rent money to help out... and yes, you guessed it, I'm still FAT, so the ressies don't take care of themselves either! Plus, around this house, the blue Monday is compounded by the fact that these kids don't pick up after themselves, and there were WAY TOO MANY Christmas toys given this year!!!! (Even though I asked everyone just to take them out somewhere for a present like to build a bear, or to a play, or to the Nutcracker) Only one person took my advise, and of course we took them to Disney on Ice too.... Okay, I am so off topic here, but I guess I needed to vent....

I don't actually know. I never really payed attention to any of that! I went for a few years took some time off, changed my major from teaching to becoming a TA. So I don't really know.
