Got very good news today!! My mom is comming to nyc to visit,i have not seen her in a few years. She lives in wis. She is comming first week of march,last time she saw ds he was 4. She surprised us and met us in wdw for 4 days. I'm looking so foward to seeing her.

I still think it was staged. She sang and DH and i thought she was really good, they said she made wierd facial expressions. Randy and Paula said no, so they said sorry no hollywood. well about 3 minutes later Simon is all like "i think we made a mistake with that one" so they call her back in and she sings again (different song, but sounds and looks EXACTLY the same) and they all say YES now?????

It's a great deal if you can get it, but they run out REAL fast, so you have to troll the budget boards EVERY morning someone usually posts it right as soon as they see it

YEs, on the apple site they have a section for refurb's They have lots of different types for LOTS of $$ off. The one I got was the shuffle that is usually 99.95. I don't know anything about these items, so I figured I would start small... ok, so I just wanted to be cool and be able to say I have one...even though I will probably never even put a song into it! EEK

I went over to budget this morning, and they had a posting yesterday morning, and I went over to the apple site and they still had them left.... then they have the ones with more memory/features too... way beyond my capabilities at this point!

My son got one of those industrial ear bar piercings... super gross. But he likes it... teenagers are so weird!!

I even had a dream about it Sunday night. I had my assistant director with me and I was showing her around my old high school, but we totally blended in and looked like high school students. So some big guy either spit on my hand or dripped snot or soda, something hit my hand, so I go "What's your problem?!?!" to him. And he lunges at me, not actually touching me, just trying to scare me. So I go, "Why you frontin'?" and keep a bold face and then he backs off, "That's right." I say.
