Hi everybody! We just got home late last night. So, to cheer me up my husband said "Hey why don't we plan our next WDW trip" (He was talking about the one that we had originally thought about taking in May.) And I told him that we really needed to book our DL trip for March next. (Which I'm also super excited about.) And he said "You know, I think it'll be too hot to go in May, let's move the trip up to February!" And we're getting ready to order & party tickets! Now I just need to decide if we're staying at Pop again or if we're gonna' try some place new.

Welcome back Stacey! Glad you had a great time!!! I am also excited to hear about your upcoming trips. I was pricing WDW trips and I just do not think we can swing 2 in one year. *sigh* I really hope they bring back free dining!

I know!!!! It a VERY expensive addiction to have if you ask me. But dh told me to get it out of my system before he got home... so I guess that means I can plan away right?

Believe it or not, no! I have officially switched to the "It's TOO much food!" point of view. I finished one (out of five) entree, two appetizers, no desserts, two snacks... that's it. I swooped through Downtown Disney Thursday morning and used up all my CS credits, then found out (there is a God and He does like me) Goofy's Candy Company is one of the places that allows almost anything up to $4 as a snack - so I snagged four mouth-watering cookies... and most of the DtD stuff is still uneaten (and yes, it's safe - although if you don't hear from me for a couple of weeks,,,,)

I was at the pool area several times in the evenings, and never saw a single person

i've gotten 100$ on flights before and DH says 150$ but i'm just so desperate to go! haha!!

Not Disney, but... I'm trying to go to Las Vegas in December. Airfare right now is $305 or so non-stop. I noticed I still have the e-ticket from March 2005 on Song - $89 one way! Argh!! We are NEVER gonna see prices like that again!

So I went to the Disney web site and started pricing trips. I was SHOCKED how expensive it was to stay at a DL hotel. The trip was going to be about $1600 and that did NOT include airfare or food.

Ah, but because of the limited Disney hotels available, they have Good Neighbor properties. There are dozens of places actually within walking distance of the Disney parks! Cathryn - I didn't cry. I just moped a lot. And didn't go to work 3 days last week because I was depressed and sick.

But I'm ok now. Getting ready for my one night at MNSSHP on either the 26th or the 27th.

Thanks! I will be looking into this. Or I may investigate staying at a military base. I can usually get rooms for about $25 a night. That's what it was in Vegas and we were literally 10 minutes from the strip! Thanks!!

Aww, that's ok. Turns out we didn't need it anyway. But hers is full now, that's alot of autographs!! She has a Tinkerbell one here at home she's gonna' use in February, we had just forgotten to bring it with us. She loved the bag, by the way. She collects key chains, so that was just perfect! Big, big thanks from all of us! Gotta get your pins in the mail. I'll try to do that tomorrow.

Maybe with DING out of Prov, or Manchester, or JetBlue out of BOS. Don't give up! The prices are always fluctuating! My husband's aunt just re-checked her Boston to Vegas tickets when I told her that JetBlue was having a sale, and she got a $400 credit! Keep on lookin' you may get lucky!

Look into Candy Cane Inn. Military rates hover around $100 a night. Great location and super nice people!

We are heading back this Sun for 2 days before we head back to TX!!! We have some VMK quests to do and the AP preview for Nemo!

I am working on my Dec trip-DH only comes with us once a year at Christmas. I am trying to figure out when I can get a week to make it back for the party. Feb is starting to look good!

MY DH may be right...intervention my be necessary!

Hiya PJ not I, I am still at work till midnite. But then I am off again from Tuesday to Thursday since it is my weekend to work. So basically I only went back to work for 1 day. I should fly to MCO tomorrow hmmmm not a bad thought !

And hey did you know there are elevators in the individual buildings?

We might be able to do the end of January... hmmm... although I kind of want to go to DL! We'll see what happens. It is pretty far (and expenseive) for us to fly for only a few days.
