i'm making baked cinnamon apples for dessert, so here i sit typing and peeling apples every post good thing the kids are napping, i can get this all done!!

I think we are going to have chicken breasts for dinner, with veggies, just not sure on what to marinate them with?!

Yum! Michelle we have about 5 more left for cars and I will pre-order one for you... I will mail you the receipt and the lithos and you can just claim the DVD when it comes out on your local TDS! How's that sound ? The POTC you're better off doing there since it is in a poster form. Might get damage in the mail if I do it here... Pm me otherwise!

To everyone interested in the disgusting behavior thread Tia and Michelle are talking about, the actual name of the thread (on the Budget Board - where else?) is dumster diving. It's not bad enough the OP does it, or that she brags about it... but she can't even spell it? :

Hmmm, from the sound of it Dumster may have been the appropriate spelling.

My goodness it just seems like we're all "falling apart" since we've gotten back. Everyone's sick/injured/having bad luck. Enough of that! If only it were that easy.

We've having chicken breasts for dinner! i'm making an italian mix of veggies...& then baking the chicken....& pouring some marinera sauce over them.....with garlic of course....

hmmm maybe i should make dessert.....hmmmmm gotta go look & see what I can come up with

We were at a friend's house last night & they're thinking about going to WDW the same week in January that we are. But they want us to stay in a family suite with them at SOG. (Not sure if I want to do that. I was really looking forward to being at Pop again.) They also want to go for Star Wars weekends in May, and want us to come. So, we just might have to go in May with them, darn! Another WDW trip for 2007. I just don't know if I can handle going that much.

OK, I'm back too, after the dreaded "Post Vacation Illness". Mine was a double ear infection and sinus infection, caught, I suspect from my germ-factory granddaughter, and not at WDW. I've been so wiped out I couldn't even think about using the computer. All I've been doing after work is sleeping!

Just stopped by to say "HI!" and try to catch up, but that's hopeless.

I will say, in response to a question about three pages ago, that I lived in my Crocs the entire time I was at WDW, and wear them almost all the time at home. I'm wearing my black ones in the office right now. My feet have never felt better! I'm planning on buying an extra pair of black ones (they go with anything, right?) to leave under my desk for the days when I have to wear "real shoes" to the office because of meetings and other stuff.

Jim is FINALLY going back to work! The doctor cleared him to return to work on November 1. I guess this means that I'll have to go back to cooking dinner myself, since he'll be the last one home. None of us will want to wait until after 8:30 for dinner. But, on the other hand, that means more money for our trip in March!

I can't wait!

Hello everyone! I ran errands all morning, but now I have a little while before I pick up DD from school. I picked up a couple of steaks and I might grill them tonight even though it is sooo cold! DH will think I am crazy until he gets his steak! I picked up Mulan and Mulan 2 at Walmart this morning. I am going to give them to DD for the drive down to WDW. This is so hard to keep a surprise!

As I was contemplating about this scenario you guys had mentioned ... ( I did not see the thread )... Now I ask you this.. Which is worst... or which is the lesser Evil ... A) go dumpster digging... or B) You saw a Pop Cup, nobody was looking you take it hide it in your purse and bring it next time you are in Pop let's say in 2 weeks ?

I dunno if I was looking for it or if there really were that many people, but it seemed every time I went to get a diet coke or a frozen coke for the kids...there was someone using a mug frmo somewhere else

Ok, well tomorrow I am off to LA with Tessa ( my little SIL) her mom told her Disney is for babies and she should go to Knotts Berry Farm (WTH?) There still may be hope I am going to talk her into Disneyland while we are there in town !! At the very least when I have Friday to myself I am going to go over there - HOORAY !!

I leave early in the morning and won't be back until next Monday !! Don't have too much fun without me !!

Pretty soon if people keep abusing the system i can see them putting the drinks behind a counter and people taking your mugs to the counter and they fill them for you! THEN the wait will be HUGE!

Here is my mug story...I copied it from my trip report. (which needs to be updated BADLY!)

Refillable Mugs! Oh boy. To be honest I could care less if someone brings old mugs. It isn't my place or my job to correct the behavior. However, because this is such a hot topic on the DIS, I noticed it.... a lot!
Case in point. One night as I was refilling my mug (yes purchased this trip) I was waiting at the drink bar. There was a lovely lady in front of me prepping her mugs (all 5 of them) to be filled with assorted beverages. I REALLY had to control myself from laughing out loud because all FIVE of her mugs were from the All Stars reorts! Which resort you ask? I am not sure. Why aren't you sure?, you ask. Well the mugs were SO old you could barely read the writing on them. They must have seen a good hundred washings in the dishwasher and about 10 trips back to the world! And she just went about her business like she owned the joint. Then I started noticing all kinds of mugs. And mugs that were not even from Disney resorts. I think one of the best was a mug from a hotel in Vegas. How's that for saving a buck or two? Or $12.95 plus tax!
