The real celeb was the Tag Fairy. I think it is kind of funny how everyone was just positive they were actually talking to Ty and Tim and Oprah. I am wondering what the project will be. After all of this hype it would be funny if it is so lame. But who knows?

I am confused too. Not sure how the tag fairy is a celebrity. But considering people pretty much makes a$$e$ of themselves to get a tag I guess I can see how DISsers would consider her such. I would like a tag but I am not going to beg for it. I still am curious what the secret project will be. Probably something like a new tag fairy or a new search feature. Woo Hoo!

Well I got a bug. I was supposed to sing in church today and I had to cancel, and I might have to call off work tomorrow for only the 2nd time in 4 years! I have a fever that only goes down to 101.5 after staying on Tylenol, and a sore neck (from glands) and a really bad sore throat. I've been really stressed out at work (lost a bunch of kids at once, have to layoff a teacher) so my immunity is probably nilch.

Anyway, I'm really about Ty not being real. I thought they all were because the Tag Fairy was in on it. I was so excited to be brushing elbows with Ty.

ok, let's see...what a weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wine tasting Friday night was an absolute blast! There were 121 wines....& I personally tasted 57 of them!!!!! (OMG did I have a headache on Saturday - more on that later)...We had a great time. We didn't buy any wine, cause I was so wasted I forgot which ones I liked and which ones I REALLY liked! hahahah I've got a list going & I think we're going to order a few of them. I like the sweet wines..how about everyone else???? Any Riesling fans? ice wine is of course my favorite

Saturday, didn't do much all day long....head pounding, going to pop off my shoulders pounding. Saturday night..the girls had a bday party so we went to a greasy pub/bar for burgers for dinner...& had a gianormous bacon/mushroom burger, with a fiet coke

Today, church, grocery shopping and then settled in for what was supposed to be a great Bears/Dolphins game...YUCK YUCK YUCK. The Bears might have only lost by 11 but man thy stunk up the field! At least I didn't pay for tickets to go to the show! Then we decided to take the girls to the circus at 4. Ringling Bros is in town....just bought the cheap seats, ate popcorn and had a blast.

DH & I were chatting on the way home...he is almost agreeable to WDW in jan 08 WITH US!!!!!!!!!!! I almost fell over! He said he could see us taking a short (5-6 day) trip as a family after Christmas next year...that could be the girls' & my presents...keep your fingers crossed!!!!

This week is going to be crazy!! I have so much to do!

Hi, all. Just a quick hello tonight...I've been feeling blah all day, so didn't get as much done around the house as I wanted. Oh well. DH and I went out to Olive Garden for dinner, since neither of us felt like cooking. It was actually pretty nice; not the best Italian in the world, but as good as it gets around here.

I haven't even checked up on the Secret Project today...real life gets in the way. Guess I'll try to catch up tomorrow, since I am very curious about what it will turn out to be. I think everyone who posted on the Friday thread ended up with a tag, though, regardless if you said something witty or not. But I did see the ones who had done nothing but beg did NOT get tags, so I was glad.

Tia, I think your mouse came over to my house! I was sitting in the bathroom last night, and I could hear little footsteps in our attic, following by the unmistakable sound of munching. *sigh* We had mice in the attic all last winter, and I am NOT putting up with it again this year. We saw on HGTV that powered fox & bobcat pee (I kid you not) is guaranteed to get rid of rodents, so I made DH order some online (nothing local carries it...and you should have SEEN the looks we got when we asked about it!). Should be here Wednesday...I just hope I can't smell it!

My goodness it seems like I haven't been on here in forever. Everyone at my house has been sick, I guess we've been passing it around. I've also been working alot of overtime, which seems to pay off because I just got a promotion.

Tia- My Mom just finished with a 2 month round of radiation treatments. This was the 4th time she's had Cancer. If you need anything, let me know.

Yesterday I made a pretty tasty turkey breast in the crockpot. I believe that a turkey should be cooked in the oven but I gave it a try. It was pretty good. I got the recipe out of the fix it and forget it cookbook. Anyway, if anyone wants to try the recipe, PM me. It was really easy and good. Perfect for a cold Sunday!

I am so ready for the little warm-up. I am going to make sure the house is ready for winter. Put cushions away, mow the grass one last time (I hope), and maybe put the little lights in the bushes out front. Is that too early? I wouldn't light them until after Thanksgiving of course. I don't think they'll be noticeable unlit. I don't like standing out there trying to get them to look perfect in the freezing cold!

Oh great! He must enjoy traveling because there have been NO traces since that night. I think I would have given you strange looks too if you came to me and asked if I sold bobcat pee. Good luck with it though... let me know how it turns out!
