How is everyone doing? The weekend was crazy busy and we never left Rockford! we went to the craft show out here and got a lot of goodies and even some GREAT ideas

We even saw a cute house that we really liked 7 doors down! haha!!! would that be weird to move only 7 doors away??? we're not really looking to move, but we saw the open house sign and curiousity got the best of us!

Hi all,
For some reason i can't post a link, but gatorland in fla has had a very bad fire. If you go to local 6 in orlando website it is the first story. Anyway whats new????? Not sure if i told you guys but i was able to get tickets for dinsey on ice 100 years of magic in january here in nyc(actually long island) Anyway with that said i have to run to the fire house for a quick tour than i'm off until saturday.

I LOVE disney on ice. I was wanting to go to the one at the beginning of dec. but DH says visiting is enough.
That is very sad about gatorland. I have never been though.
It is awesome that you are off until saturday! I hope you will be spending alot of time here on the boards!

I will be staying at POP December 18-22 and this is my first time staying in the resort. We have taken day trips to the Magic Kingdom a few times but I have never been to any of the other parks. This is our first Disney vacation and our first Park hopper deal. Hello to all and I guess I should quit lurking and talk more!

We went to the Princesses on Ice and it was great. My DD loved it. The one that will be here in town in a few weeks for us is Disneyland on Ice. I think this year we are going to skip it.

is like the thread "paying it forward" but in this case you dont really need to pay forward ( paying foraward example: If someone is going a month before me and offered to send postcard to my kids/niece/nephew etc with their fave character saying 'looking forward in seeing you etc. then when you get there the next month you would also do the same for someone check this link http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=717799) but in the case of Fairy God Mailer you dont have to worry about paying it forward/later.

Yesterday I made a pretty tasty turkey breast in the crockpot. I believe that a turkey should be cooked in the oven but I gave it a try. It was pretty good. I got the recipe out of the fix it and forget it cookbook. Anyway, if anyone wants to try the recipe, PM me. It was really easy and good. Perfect for a cold Sunday!

I've done chicken breast in the crockpot. Texture and taste are just like it was roasted in the oven. It's perfect for sandwiches. All I do is pop a few breasts in with a couple cups chicken broth and whatever spices I might add for a chicken roasting in the oven. S'good eatin.

Morning Poppers...

That's so sad about Gatorland! We went there a couple of times on off days. Kinda cheesy, but really fun. I hope all the animals are ok.

Let's see, Disney on Ice...I have taken my girls every single year since Casey was 3! We're not going this year though...we have a skating competition during the time it's here. mrFDNY where is it on LI? I told my sil about it on Sunday - she's so clueless it's not even funny - anyway I think my nephew would enjoy it. When I told her it was too bad we couldn't go this year she said "geesh, aren't your girls sick of Disney yet?"....Once I got done I said uh NO (& then silently to myself "you moron")

Speaking of my Disnet obsession....Gracie was star student of the week last week...she made a great posterboard of all of her favorite things. Yep, you guessed it out of 16 pictures 12 were from our DIsney trips. When she did her little presentation, one of her classmates asked her how she got her mom (me) to take her to Disney & Disney stuff so much. Gracies reply "I don't have to make her, she loves Disney more than anyone in the whole world, I think she would marry Mickey Mouse if my dad wouldn't have married her first" hahahahah Her teacher emailed me that quote yesterday!

I have to clean on Mondays...the rest of the week gets so psycho. I've been going to the dang gym Tuesday -Saturday. BLEECH...when does it become fun? 'cause right now it's such a chore!!!!

It was such a nice day yesterday, took down all the halloween stuff both inside & outside. I don't really have any Thanksgiving decorations??? I left soem fall type stuff up, maybe I'll go to hobby lobby today, need a ceramic turkey or something.

wow, guess i shouldn't dis when I've had too much coffee....talk about a run on sentence/paragraph! hahahaha

I have to go to the Girly-Doctor today.

My period has been WRETCHED lately - just awful!!! I have fibroids, but this is getting ridiculous.

I had an appointment in January - then my Mom died that week...so I just cancelled it, and never re-scheduled.

DANGIT! Im freaking nervous.
