YIKES PJ! Hope it's a bit easier to deal with!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Romans birthday party was fun, but gave me a giant headache! What do you say to inlaws that give you a hard time about seeing them when they have been to our house like 3 times IF that.

I have 3 kids to pack up and they have what?! A spouse?
I have craft shows and am in the middle of holiday ordering rush.
We have a life too.
We HATE sitting around someones living room and watching TV.
Ughhh...

All the inlaws did was complain with eachother (they are divorced) about who has seen us more.

The toppping on the cake?
My husband spent more time with my dad than with his own family, so they thought that was my doing somehow??? After they left and just my family was left, he said "oh thank god" Arggg!!! Why am I left dealing with them when they already think i'm a giant witch to begin with (change that W to another letter of course!).

Alright sorry for the vent, but my little guys birthday party was such fun until every corner I turned they were going on and on...

Yes, it was easier to come out and visit in the suburbs when we had 1 kid, but we also had a smaller car that we all fit in, gas was much cheaper and we were new in town. No friends, no business....all that stuff.

Sorry again! I better just log off before I pop a blood vessel or something!

I can't wait for the time change...casey walking to school in the dark at 7am creeps me out...so therefore I've been driving her the 2 blocks (in my jammies of course)

Grace's classroom has been taken over by lice! EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWww there are 6 kids out with the nastys....I've been going thru her hair every nigth with a tiny comb...& putting loads of conditioner on it every day (someone told me the suckers just slide)....putting her hair up in a pony, etc...ewwwwwwwwwwwwww

So, yesterday my BABY turned 9! HTH did that happen? Casey, ok that's weird to have a high schooler...but Grace is the BABY...she's also officially 54" so as she put it...there's no ride she can't "do"

What did she get for her bday? you guys are gonna laugh...she loves Will Smith in his Fresh Prince role...she's watched it all summer...but it's on late at night (at 10 I think) so she hasn't watched it since school started...well I found all 4 seasons in a boxed set, so that's what I bought her...she was crazy happy with it! My mom got her SIX not one, not 3 but SIX Wii games...HELLOOOO Mother - Christmas is less than 60 days away!. Mike's parents bougth her an ihome for her inherited from casey nano, and we still have her kids bday party on saturday....sigh

What are your kids (if they're tot ing) being for Hallioween? This is the first year in 5 that Grace is not Jasmine! She's being a hip hop dancer/rapper, & Casey is still going with her friends, she's being a go-go dancer, completel with knee high white go go boots...I wonder how many houses she'll get to before she takes those puppies off....Friends have a big party Friday ...so I'll be drinking..what should the drink of the night be? maybe a mojito? nah, that's my disney drink, hmmm it's gotta be rum based.....gotta think abotu that...

I think that's all that's new for me.....Happy hump day

Chris - LICE???? YUCK! I just threw up a little bit in my mouth. I pray we don't have to deal with that mess.
WOW! 9??? Time really does fly by doesn't it? Ryan will be 11 in Dec and I really get sad about that sometimes.
Ry loves Fresh Prince too! So I think that is a great gift. He used to TiVo them but he has moved onto other things like Paranormal State. We went from Will Smith to ghost hunters. ugh.
For Halloween Ry is going as something scary. My days of him being something cute and sweet I think are over. We found a mask that he LOVES and a black robe with hood so all you will see is his mask. Terry is dressing up too. I wanted to dress up too, but it will have to wait. Those costumes are so expensive. I wanted to be the bride from the Haunted Mansion. Maybe next year.... Our area has a huge community Halloween party in the park. So, I think we are going to go there first then do some regular trick or treating.

Glad Im not the only one buying Fresh Prince seasons - Danny loves it too. He was Fresh Prince maybe 3 years ago, for Halloween. Ill post a pic. Turned out super good!!!!

Danny got one of those shirts from Target that looks like a costume already? This one is a DR - it's light blue, so we got him light blue sweat's and a surgical mask. He's gonna wear white Crocs - so the costume actually looks pretty good.

DD wanted to be a kitty kat and Tinkerbell. I had bought a bunch of costumes on clearance last year to resell on ebay, and she picked one of them. So it cost me all of $2.50! I had bought material to make her a kitty tail and ears, but never got around to it.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!

I was suppossed to be off tonight to go trick or treating with dw and ds, but the guy covering my shift was nice enough to call me at 7 am and cancel. It seems his car died this am and he can;t get to work, so according to FDNY rules, if my coverage guy can't cover the shift i have to go in.

I hate working halloween in nyc, its one of the busiest days and nights here. Did you know that there are more robberys on halloween in nyc than any other day? Think about it, how weird is it to see someone with a mask on halloween, any other day if you see someone with a mask on walk into a store or bank you most likely call 911, but on halloween its noraml to see that.

Then of course someone starts a garbage can on fire every 5 minuites, nevermind all the assaults and prank calls we get. I will be runnning around nyc lights and sirens all night.


Hope you guys have a safe and fun day and REMEMBER TO INSPECT ALL THE CANDY you get before your kids eat it.

So it's cofirmed, it looks like my mom will be joining us at disney next august!
