Pop Preferred Pool Room Floor Recommendations?

Hi my family of three will be staying at Pop for 9 days in late May. We have a perferred pool room. This is our first time staying at Pop. We have always stayed at CSR. I have read a lot about the noise levels at Pop in various reviews. Does anyone have recommendations on what floor to request? Is it really that loud? Any other tips or tricks would also be greatly appreciated!

I have preferred pool room reserved for our June trip, only option with the QS summer meal plan. We also stayed Preferred Pool View in November 2015. I don't think it was all that loud, but definitely busy. We were 2nd floor by the kiddie pool (back from the Hippy Dippy Pool), near where they put up the inflatable movie screen.

If no room discounts come out and I have to stay with this room, I will be requesting 4th floor. I rarely heard any pool noise kids yelling from the pool, but a little bit of noise from the movies, but nothing that kept us away. I'm hoping for better room discounts and going with a lake view room. But honestly, we were so tired most of the time, it didn't keep us awake and nothing really woke us during the night.

We stayed in this category before, also near the kiddie pool on first floor. It was really noisy during the day. Luckily we aren't nappers, but I could see a problem for someone who was. The noise died down around 10:30 which is about our bedtime. I would get a higher floor if quiet is important. We liked the convenience of first floor despite the extra noise.
