I love ya DISUNC but did ya ever think of the Boardwalk Bakery that is like 10 feet away from the Hess station ...they have bagels and rolls(and scones)...and coffee that isnt made from mud.........Another Great installment ! I cant wait to hear how your day with SL were.....

I thought of the Boardwalk Bakery too for the bagels...but the coffee there is worse than Starbucks!

You are too funny DU! THis reminded me of when my Aunt moved from upstate NY to Raleigh, NC many years ago. SHe went to a bakery to get "hard rolls" (YUMMY) The peeps there had no idea what she was talking about. Finally some one said "oh I know what ya mean" They went in the back of the bakery and got her her rolls. WHen she got home she discovered that they had goven her a dozen stale rolls. Well they were hard!

ITA on the Florida road signs and lack of direction to the important palces! Be warned tho if you are in NY and see the sign on the Northway for "McDonald" at Exit 11, you have to drive about 11 miles to actually get to that MCDOnalds...right NSalz?

HARD ROLLS!!!! They are IMPOSSIBLE to get here too! When I lived in Brooklyn they were a normal, staple Sunday morning after Church...MUST HAVE! The line for the Bread Bakery was 50 people long to get in!
