Look at way too many old pictures of when both myself & SL waist lines were 24 inches, wearing Earth Shoes (fore runner too Crocs) was cool, and Designer Jeans were to be worn so flippen tight that it made your voice a little higher than it should have been.

Then James yells up front that he just saw an alligator on the road!

How awesome is that??

Once inside I asked if they had any rolls or bagels. “Sorry, but we do have scones!”

Just wasn't your day.

I got in the car, and took a bite of the scone. I decided I hate scones

We got back to the car and opened all the windows, it was 200 degrees in there. While waiting for the car to cool down I noticed that all the cars leaving and coming into NASA were all backed up. I gather it was a accident. After about 5 minutes STILL nothing was moving. So we walked over to the intersection where there seemed to be a accident. It was just about a 2 block stretch. As we got closer I couldn’t see any accident, or a broken light or anything that I can see holding up traffic.

It wasn’t until we got to the actual spot that we saw what was going on.

What was happening you ask? There was a squirrel which was running back and forth across the intersection. He run out to the middle, lay down, then jump up, run back to the curb…then starts this whole process all over again. Everybody was just watching this squirrel in hysterics and disbelief. It was as if he decided to end it all, lay down in the road…then rethink the matter and return to the curb. Nobody wanted to move their cars to help him along. Including the Coke delivery truck driver who was first on line to come into NASA. The cars were backed up 20 deep. This was one of the funniest things I ever saw. I thought James was going to have an accident in his pants. Heck I thought I was going to have an accident in my pants.

Finally when the squirrel ran to the curb for the zillionth time, the Coke driver threw a bag of something (chips) over the curb into the bushes….the squirrel then ditched into the bushes and the traffic started flowing again.

We walked back to the car, and drove out of the NASA parking lot. All the traffic was moving. As soon as I got to the intersection…guess who came back out for more fun? Yup! the Suicidal Squirrel came back, and was doing the same thing. WTH??? I had no patients to sit there, so as soon as the SS ran back to the curb, I hit the gas and took off.

Hey, did you hear that crazy squirrel attacks are on the rise? There was an attack at my DH's school today. 3 people injured. It even made the headlines on Yahoo. What you witnessed may have been the start of a trend!

This is great! This is great! I can't believe I'm actually going to post about something that has nothing to do with planning for my trip! Hello all, I'm the one that's been standing in the background watching from afar and laughing until the wee hours of the morning, of course all due the fact that I'm reading DISUNC, TwinkieMaMa and UtahMaMa. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard and had so many close calls of peeing my pants! I loooooooove reading you guys! DISUNC I can't wait for your next entry! Thank you for all your advice and help, that is once we got past my absolute insistence that the da*% thinga la la in your window @ The Pop was a clingy gel thingy and that everyone I talked with in Wal-mart should know wth I should be talking about because DISUNC said he got it here! Of course all I got from them was a look of and , I think I got it now..."There not gel clings! They are window clings that you print out on your laser jet printer." My family is making fun of me for reading these trip reports and now call me a blogger. Can you believe they think I'm a blogger! Silly family, Dis boards aren't for bloggers, Dis boards are for DISers! I think I truly have found my true place in life, with people that will understand me. Does it make me a true DISer if your the only one in the family that seems to be more excited than everyone else, including the dd7?!? Besides the fact that I've bought three guide books, one online and two at the books store,(one I took back after I realized which one I liked best) have close to a 1/3 of a notebook filled with notes to myself about Disney tips and things to get for the trip, not to mention I save every last dollar for anything to do with WDW? "No kids you can't have lunch from school anymore, from now on you will take what we have from home". The kids look like whaaaaaaaaaat? My standard answer is, " We can't afford it, we have to save our money for WDW." Never mind I don't think I need y'all to answer.
