POP FD Visa???

So has anyone booked FD with their Disney Visa at The POP???

I was considering POP for this trip but when I read no one could get it, I just booked CBR.

Disney got more money out of me that way haha!

I've been reading and my TA told me that POP rooms may open up later. They are trying to fill the less desirable rooms right now. I booked Sports just in case, but keeping my fingers and toes crosses POP rooms open up!

I booked CBR also no standard rooms at POR. I don't need a river or garden view.

According to some of the other FD threads, POP and All-Star Movies are already sold out for the Disney Visa Free Dining Code. But, those resorts should open up for FD rooms when the general public offer comes out Monday. From what I have read though, Pop and All-Star Movies will usually sell out first under a general public code also. They said Port Orleans Riverside sells out fast also because it's the only Mod that sleeps 5.

No the cm tried to have them override ot for me but they said no overrides for this. I have 3 rooms booked at pop. Really want the fd.

No mine was already booked at POP and I had to change it to Sports. Each resort only has so many rooms alloted for the FD promotion. Kinda sounds like POP had zero! I haven't heard of one person yet being able to book POP. Hopefully they WILL open up some rooms when the general public is able to book.

I know my boys would like Sports, but POP has the better busses and awesome food. We will still be at Disney no matter what though!

No. The ONLY value available for me was Sports.

Standard rooms at POFQ and POR were booked. We ended up with CSR, which is a nice resort so we're happy.

The Disboards, or actually saw it on The Dis fan page on Facebook this morning and then came over here to get all the low down. We have had a Disney Visa Card for years and I have always seen the Disney free dining offers all over the Disney Blogosphere long before Disney Visa ever notified me. Usually by the time they email or even put it on their site, it's about to open or has already opened to the general public.

Well crud.....that's bad news for us We wanted to stay at the Pop again and wanted free dining. We can't call until Monday when they have the public code.....so we will just have to keep trying or use our 20% off code and pay OOP for meals, using the YES program for tickets.

I booked for 9/29 - 10-7 so, yes, as long as your stay starts before the promotion ends, it is good for your whole trip.

I will be very sad if I can't book the Pop...so sad that I may just cancel trip altogether.
Not sure why Bonuceback, UK, And Canada could book pop but we can't...very sad.

I wouldn't let staying at Pop be the deal breaker. We have stayed at all the values at least once and, really, All-Star Movies is our kid's favorite resort. Pop would be my second choice, but I wouldn't cancel my trip if I couldn't stay at All-Star Movies or Pop, I would happily take All-Star Sports if that was the only place I could get the free dining discount.
