Sooo exciting!!! We'll be there, too! Checking in on the 19th and heading to Downtown Disney!

I see a pattern! We are checking in on the 17th then we are going straight to Downtown Disney! My husband is chomping at the bit to get to Wolfgang's!!

How accurate are they usually? I'm hoping "very"...I'm loving the forecast for the 19th-25th! Yes, some rain, but no blazing heat & humidity. I would love that!!

It's probably not that accurate so far out, but better than a non existent crystal ball! But as the Scandinavian phrase goes- There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. ;-p

I want to go in Sept 2014 and I loved it. But, seeing POP across the lake and seeing how much fun it looks, I've decided that that's where I want to go in Sept. 2014. How soon ahead should I book my trip (I don't know my exact dates yet)? Thank you for any advice you guys can give me.

Hey guys! Been lurking around for a while but just now getting into it!! Staying at PC Jan 1-5 and want to stay in 90's building. What are the thoughts about new bedding and fridges? And what's the closest area that I should request? Have 5 of us including a 2 year old so want to do as little lugging as possible but plan on using Disney transp most of the time. Thanks in advance!!

I would keep checking. For our trip it kept saying rain all day but right before we left it changed to hot and sunny. FL is too unpredictable. Trust me. We were supposed to have rain this weekend now nothing.

I think I recall someone asking about the sliders for the MBs. At the Pop and the concierge had a drawer full this morning.

I agree! I just really don't like it hot & humid, I much prefer the 70s over the 90s and the forecast for our upcoming trip looks great to me!

Two weeks from today!! Oh wow!! I am glad to be on this board with people who get it. I wanna find my DISers at POP on the 19th and give a big shout! It seems like there are quite a few of us that week!!

We arrive on the 19th, and are also going to downtown Disney after checkin

Just looked at the AccuWeather extended report... Looks like thunderstorms. Hopefully that changed in the next 2 weeks!!

I left a little surprise for the person checking in next or before the 15th of October.
We got fastpass for any ride, but they expire on the 15th.
So if you are staying in room 4143 they are under the mattress on the bed closer to the door,on the side closest to door up by the head. Hope someone finds them!!

I find that lots of cities you search will show rain 10 days out. (A lot of times). Search for beach destinations and you'll likely find rain in the forecast too. They want you checking back. Haha

Just checked in to Pop. Room ready . Building 5.... New bedding and a fridge. Life is good!!! Oh...clean as a whistle too .

Guess I should have requested the fastpass room lol!!!

Just home from our first time staying at POP.... we had a fabulous time.....rooms were always clean,had a fridge,nice and quiet lakeside room,and cafeteria food was good......
Booked our bounceback for next year before we left so as I unpack from this trip my countdown begins for next year
