Pop Century Question

In one of the Pop Century photos I saw a view of Epcot taken from the hotel. Is it possible to view the fireworks at Epcot from that hotel? What time would they be in early December?

Illuminations is usually at 9pm but it is at 9:30 in December due to the Candlelight Processional.
