aksunshine, aw shucks! That is just small potatoes. My husband likes to talk but not listen. My children think I am stupid and since my hubby retired no one come to visit me anymore. I have limited access to human contact so it all rushes out in a waterfall when the dam bursts.

I am so happy that I am going to get to meet you all Doctor said that my brain is normal but I am wired differently then others I was born without the main artery that supplies the blood to the back of my brain BUT my body compensated for it over the years and made its own path Where there is a will there's a way . I do have some guide lines that I have to follow.. I have to wear a hat in direct sun . And no Roller Coasters... I can live with that

I will be flying to the University of Min. after vactions for more extensive testing..

I knew it. Glad to hear your good news. But wait, no roller coasters.... I don't know how I can deal with news like that. I live for them and don't know how I'll live without them. I've always been a thrill seeker and know no other way.

How can I read the dis when my manager keeps coming to my desk? It's kinda hard to type and keep that one finger on the mouse to close the page whenever I hear footsteps coming my way.

aksunshine, good thing, bad thing - it all depends on your point of view. If you think that thinking you are a bit strange from someone who is like I is a good thing, it is a very, very good thing HOWEVER if you do not - I did not say it!

minnieandme, you ARE aware that your manager is fully capable of reading anything you write or receive at work without being anywhere near you?? Hopefully they are Disney folks too and understand the value of a bit of R&R for improved productivity. I go do a chore and then drop by here as I work 24/7 and do not get paid by the hour.

Kelli, I do not do roller coasters either. With my hearing problems that causes me to be 'off balanced' and so it is impossible. Sitting in the Hot Seat at Millionaire with my feet off the floor was the scariest thing I ever did at DW. I am glad you do not seem to care for them. I have always found that it is easiest to give up things that we do not like.

aksunshine, I sincerely believe that we are born to be just who we turn out to be. Oh, the environmental impact might influence us a bit but not as much as our genes.

What is normal any old way? What is normal for one might not be for another. Yep, it would be boring if we were all alike. I sure would not want a world populated by folks who thought and acted just like me even!

As far as roller coasters go, the only one I would miss is Rock N Roller Coaster and it's going to be closed when we are there anyway.

SG/Linda I have to keep reminding myself about the ear and rollercoasters - I'm determined to ride roller coasters, and yet I truly shouldnt!! I'll definately see you at the Pop GLOW Party and we'll compare notes!! Of course i have to convince DD to get on the airplane!! (she's still not having ANY part of it, even if it means missing Disneyworld!! She's ten - were celebrating her 11th birthday at the world!!

I made it with only 2 kids crying today. One kid refused to come into the classroom until after art class (hour after everyone else!! He's shy... Bless his heart!! They have a hard time with change!! New teacher - change...)
