Pop Century is Far Out!

I've yet to try a split stay -
is it really THAT easy!

I would like to do 6 days Pop Century and 4 WL or Poly concierge. Is it as simple as packing you things and they get moved for you while you are at the parks!

There's a slight chance of seeing some of the high fireworks from illuminations.

I am filled with questions but I will keep it to two until we have an on-the-scene reporter after this week.

Where are the foosball players located and what do the stairwells in the '70s building represent? - when I look at the aerial photos its tough to tell but I think that this would be a good location. Is this going to be a non-preferred building because that is what I booked. Oh, and am I right that when looking at the aerials it goes from right to left, '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s?

I beleive the Foosball players are in the 70's section. And if I remember correctly, the stairwells are 8-tracks.

Thanks for a great and very informative thread. We were going to stay at All Star Movies but when DH heard that Pop Century would be open during our trip he decided that we had to stay there. I don't know much about it so I will be looking for the scoop from all those first visitors next month. I just booked 2/7-2/12 this morning.

Becka.. We will be there the same time. We are booked 2/7 - 2/13. How old is your Nathan? My Catherine is 2 1/2 but she loves kids of all ages.

Just booked a stay for first week in February and I think I'm more excited than my little guy. Can we call and request to be put in a specific area? I'm a child/adolescent of the 80s and would love to set foot on a Rubiks Cube staircase. And appropriately enough, my last trip to WDW was in the 80s as well. Have I mentioned how excited I am????
