Poor, poor DH(maybe TMI??)

He has to have ANOTHER vasectomy!!! (That's how he feels!!)

His initial specimen was not clear.....just got the results back from a second...it was not all clear either!!!!!

So now he has to go back and do it all over again. I am just absolutely petrified of getting pregnant again...not that I don't love my children and love having a baby in the house....I just could not do the 4 months of throwing up EVER again!!

Poor guy....let's just hope this one is it....the doctor needs to forget just cutting/crimping a small section and take the whole thing out!!!!

DH says this is his payback for our little surprise Samantha! Bless his heart....I love him for being such a trooper.

Wow, that is a shame. I don't know if I could cope with DH having to go through that a second time, he was the biggest baby with the first.

Our friend got his wife preganant after the first time...he never went for the check up.....after the stress of the fact that he was supposedly sterile...they finally went back to the dr and found out he indeed wasn't.....

He now brags...even 10 years later he was a super stud...had to have it done twice...

I'm keeping good thoughts for your DH!! Hopefully it'll go right this time!! Tell him I give him kudos for being willing to do it twice!! Neither of my ex-husbands were willing to have it done, so I ended up having a tubal twice!! (After three kids thought I was done but had it undone when I remarried so we could have children together too, now I have 5 all together).

I tried to convince my SO to have it done (once) and he turned 5000 shades of green each time I brought it up. During the delivery of our son, I brought up the subject again. My OB laughed and said I wouldn't get any sympathy from him, that he wasn't man enough to get it done. So now if my tubal is mentioned (believe it or not, it's mentioned more often than I thought it would be), I tell my SO atleast one of us was "man" enough to get fixed.

Vicky...I do have a great husband....he decided long ago that when we were done, he'd have it done. He said it was the least he could do after I had carried and given birth to our children.

Robin...actually we have 5!! And yes....he gives moms absolute credit for being tougher than men.

You don't know what the fuss is because you have different equipment. It's a very sensitive area for men. Any man who's been kicked in the 5 hole can tell you it's the worst pain they have ever felt. I'm sure there are plenty of women ready to play the birthing pain card card right now but I'm not trying to compare the two. No man will ever know how painful birthing a child is and no woman will ever understand how sensitive a man's testicles are.
