Its a good temp pool. All WDW resort pools are 82 degrees. Poly has a nice pool. You can keep your promise~1

We were just there (2 weeks ago). The water had to be at least 85 degrees.

On our last day the air temp was around 72 with a constant breeze. It was a bit cold waiting to go down the volcano slide.

The pool is a little small. There were few people at the pool even with the "world" being very very crowded that week.

The other pool, the "quiet" pool is undergoing renovations and is closed off.

Note: the slide "opens" at 10 am when the lifeguards come on duty.

I saw a posting yesterday that the quiet pool just opened. I'll be there next week so am hoping with two pools open, the crowds will be even less.

The sandy beach is right in front of the 0 entry end. You can also watch the fireworks and the water parade in the pool (also on the beach with a Mai Tai!!). I also like the Polynesian drums and music thay play through the underwater speakers...To anyone going in June- see ya soon! Marty Joe

We have swam in the Poly pool in December!! Being Notherners, this is normal, any way its a FANTASTIC resort, with a fantastic pool and view!! Have fun.
