Just found this today - posting in case someone else was looking for one of these (as we were) to take to the World.
It is a nice pool float with - most importantly - a sunshade that is adjustable to shield the baby from the sun. I looked all over the place for one of these, but could not find one with a shade. The baby's legs dangle in the water like a 'normal' float. It is for kids 6 months - 18 months and costs $9.63 at Walmart.

but my sil will love this for camping this summer with my neice.
