Hi! I was wondering if someone can tell me if the 2nd floor rooms in the Nieu longhouse have balconies? TIA

I believe they do not have balconies, though I'm not positive.

No balconies at Niue longhouse building on the 2nd floor.

The Niue longhouse is also one of the smaller longhouses at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and is the only one without an elevator. (If you need an elevator you can go to Rarotonga and walk across the deck that connects with Niue.) There are 22 Standard view rooms in this longhouse that are 415 square feet each.

The DVC longhouses (Moorea, Tokelau, Pago Pago) all have balconies on the second floor. Those buildings were built later and with different construction methods than the original longhouses.

Only the few Tonga suites - those are the only hotel rooms with second floor balconies.
