We still do not know opening date for the new dvc building and if all the grounds etc will be complete. Hopefully it will be minimal but no one knows yet.

If completion is that far into the future, they likely won't know exactly until closer to that time. LOTS of things can delay construction, anything from bad weather to delays in the raw materials being used.
