Uncle_dude69 - I'm not sure I understand - are you just trying to pick one of those priorities to send? The TTC is at the eastern end of the property and the Great Ceremonial House (with monorail access) is more or less central and south, so I think your first combo might be a bit confusing, and you would need to pick one or the other, rather than both . (My apologies if it's just that my brain doesn't function after 10:00 p.m.) The volcano pool is also central, but to the north.
I prefer to be fairly close to the Great Ceremonial House because it has:
1) monorail access for MK and Epcot
2) Captain Cook's for breakfast/coffee/snacks
3) Kona Cafe for breakfast/dinner
4) 'Ohana for dinner.
I think the two smoking buildings are Samoa and Tuvalu so you can request/avoid those and for some people that would be one of their top priorities, too. Our room in the southern tip of Tokelau was reasonably close to the Ceremonial House (but you can certainly get closer), had good access to the parking lot (a factor if you're planning to drive to the parks), was close to the quiet pool, and was even close to the Neverland Club. The volcano pool would be a bit of a hike, though. We only ended up walking back once from the TTC, so for us, I know that I don't need to give that top priority in requesting a room. We liked the second floor because we had a balcony, but only had one set of steps to climb (the elevators weren't particularly close to our room).
I think if you visualize your trip and imagine how many times you'll swim vs. how many times you'll walk to the TTC vs. how many times you'll eat/take the monorail it might help you to establish your top priority.
Hope this is helpful, rather than more confusing!
