Poly "Luau Experience" tour invite

Hmm, I'm going to be staying at the Poly on 9/7, wonder if I will get an invite.

We attended the event last night and it was better than I thought it would be about 3/4 participating was already DVC members as we entered we were given a pin and ticket for a tropical drink there was food on the table we were also brought a small pork sandwich food was good there was a band playing Hawaiian music the event started right on time with some dancers showing us how to do the hulu from here we were told about the DVC program which lasted about 15-20 minutes ending with more dancing the highlight was the guy doing a fire dance. After the progam which lasted right about 1 hour we got to tour the deluxe studios and the bungalows all in all a very nice event and very low key sales presentation glad we attended

I have a prospect rating?? lol Gosh, make me sound like a sucker, lol. Well I just purchased at the Poly, so they may not think I would be ready to purchase again so soon, so I may not get invited. On the list it probably says "Poly owner" and immediately struck from the list, lol.

I would really like to attend this. I will be there in August during one of the nights but since I do not receive emails I will never know if I got an invite or not. I have again, redone my settings online and when we just added Aulani points told them AGAIN that I did not receive emails and miss all the events. Neither have apparently worked since I did not get an invite to the Typhoon Lagoon Beach Blast either and I will be there for that as well. Fortunately for that one I saw the info and will be calling on Friday to book. If anyone has the link, I would love to try to sign up for the Poly tour. I am taking my daughter over for 3 days and I do not want to be going to the parks.

I would contact my guide and ask for an invite. You need to understand that DVD is putting on this event to sell new contracts, are you ready to buy another contract?

Haha, I have been known to do that. We did the Bay Lake one years ago and added on some Bay Lake points. We did an AK one and also added points. Just went to Aulani for the first time a few weeks back and added some Aulani points. I am more concerned with all these events that I keep missing and want my emails. I am only an hour away and can do so many events but never get the invites. I just wish somebody could figure it out. I use to get them years ago. It is just very frustrating!

Did you see my post 27 above? A few weeks ago I changed our contact email with Disney and we were told that all Disney records including DVC would be updated. Well DVC wasn't and I had to update our DVC profile separately.
