Poly Fac # For Room Request

ANYONE HAVE THE FAX # FOR REQUESTING ROOM AT THE POLY AND HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU FAX???

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF HAWAII BUILDING IS COMPLETE????

For future reference for anyone with upcoming trips, Disney is not responding to faxed requests anymore. Due to the overwhelming number of faxes they have been receiving, the room assigners have been instructed to only attempt to assign rooms based on requests noted on your reservation given to CRO.

This information was shared by several friends that work the front desk at resorts.

I would not fax any requests, call CRO and have them add your requests to your reservation.

Just in case you want to try to fax your request anyways. The fax number to the Poly is 407-824-3174. This is the number listed on the tourguidemike website. Good luck!

We leave tomorrow (yeah!) and I had all my requests noted on my reservation. But, I sent a fax earlier this week just confirming those requests. We'll see what happens when I check in tomorrow!
