They will not reduce the stated occupancy limits as part of a refurbishment.

As long as they leave the pull down from under the TV, sure. I don't think they will remove it. Can't imagine they will want to reduce capacity on current owners.

Oh I see it now. It’s a pull out bed from the wall in the bungalows behind the couch. Not the single sleeper couch bed I was thinking of!

Yup they are almost a standard mattress so much more comfortable than the pull outs. Should see this at every new refurb where they replace the couch. Honestly I think many people would be okay to pay slightly more in MFs for 1/2 years to get their resort switched sooner.

I'm not sure the murphy is part of this round. This is allegedly a softgoods refurb, and "furniture that pulls down from a wall" is the very definition of hardgoods.

Its in the picture that was shared so was the pull down murphy always in the Bungalows?

I just checked the Matterport and it looks like the murphy beds would be new then.

I've thought people have reacted sort of negatively over the past decade to the refurbishments (except SSR) and now all I can find myself saying is, "I'm underwhelmed."

However, Moana lite is coming to the Poly DVC.

Looks to me like they kept it Lilo & Stitch exclusively for the IP. No hints of Moana that I can see

At the time, we didn't know that. Initially, we just knew it had the same furniture from the Moana rooms. You are correct, they kept Stitch for the DVC bungalow.

I don't care about the IP personally, just give me the Murphy bed and new flooring (I would prefer laminate).
