POLY Day BED

With the thread about grandpa sleeping on a day bed, it got me thinking how comfortable my BFF will be on the pull out??? We are staying at the POLY, and she's the smallest of us all (about 5" tall) so she gets relegated to the daybed.....is it pretty comfortable, or am I banishing her to horrible night sleeps??

I found the daybed at Poly different than some of the other deluxes at WDW. It was fairly large, and flipped over rather than pulled out. I'd say it was as long as a twin mattress but possibly not quite as wide. It wasn't too bad, but I thought it was extra firm. The daybed at BC was softer, and seemed a tad larger. That one didn't flip over, you just removed the sofa pillows & that was it.

It is not that big-my dd loves to sleep on it but she is now 10 and it fits her size perfectly.In a few more years I would guess she wouldn't be as comfortable.She is on the small size for her age(very skinny)As an adult I wouldn't be happy sleeping in it.

Can you order a pillow topper from housekeeping for the day bed?

My DGD age 9 was worried she wouldnt like the day bed but she loved it and was very happy with it.

Anyone know if a bedrail will fit the daybed? I'm planning to put my 2 year old there who is in a crib at home still at least for the next 2 months!

My DS is 6ft tall and has slept on the daybed at the Poly many times, and he liked it. It was more comfortable than the one at the GF, but those two are the only ones we've tried. I'm not sure about the bedrails, but I thought I read somewhere that they do fit.
