We are staying Poly Concierge July 10-17. Received itinerary planner and filled it out will all information including many PS arrangements. I have heard nothing back, no calls or Emails. I went ahead and made my own PS arrangements, because our trip is 18 days away.
Many people post on the boards about getting phone calls if Customer Service can be of any help and many people post that they get very little assistance. Why are not all guests treated the same? Just wondering??

as for getting a response, I did all of my work with the concierge using email. (WDW.Polynesian.Island.Planning.Office@disney.com) and had great success that way. I would drop them a note with any concerns or questions and I am sure they will be happy to help out.
