Poly - breakfast options

First stay at the Poly in April 2016, so excited!! We have 3 girls 7 and under, besides breakfast at Ohana or Kona are there quick breakfast options (like bagel, muffins etc)

We previously stayed at AoA and they have a cafeteria type place to grab quick service food, anything similar at the Poly. We will do one character breakfast but we are not big breakfast people so if we can grab something quick the remaining days, we'd prefer a nice lunch and/or dinner

There are also staples, like cartons of milk and boxes of cereal, at Samoa Snacks. The counter area to the left of Kona used to have pastries and coffee in the morning.

In addition to the menu at Captain Cooks they have a rack with pastries, etc. You aren't limited to the prepared items (but do treat yourself to Tonga Toast at least once )

Are you staying in a villa for 5? If so, we had a small fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. We bought instant oatmeal, fruit, granola bars, yogurt, etc. Our room was so far from the main building that it was just easier to eat in the room and head to the parks. Unfortunately we didn't get much opportunity to use our mugs - think maybe 3 or 4 times only.

As others have said, Captain Cooks is great for a quick breakfast, dinner, or snack. It doesn't have as much variety as the food courts at the values and mods, but we find there to be plenty of options. It's actually our favorite for resort CS.
