Poly at 7 months

We are looking at trying to book the Poly (not the bungalows) from Feb 11 to the 14th in 2019. We plan on using a friends points and their home resort is SSR. What are the odds of this happening? We aren't to picky on the view type just always wanted to stay there. Thanks in advance

My home is also SSR and I was able to book 4 studios at Poly at 7 month mark. Good Luck

You are likely enough ahead of Presidents Day and Princess Half that it will be possible. If you overlapped either, you'd have a struggle.

I had no problem staying at the Poly on my friend’s SSR points last September. Just anecdotal evidence, but it’s something. I did have to do our arrival night (a Wednesday) at OKW (we love OKW so it wasn’t a problem) but we did the next 4 straight at the Poly.

You should have a very good chance of getting it. February 1 to the Thursday before President's Day is the lowest DVC demand time of the year at WDW. Poly was open at 7 months out for that period this year and last year.

Could someone please confirm this for me if possible. If I'm looking to book a trip Feb 11 of 2019 there earliest I can book would be July 11th 7 months for check in date. Does the use year coming to play at all in this scenario?

UY has nothing to do with booking save that the points must be available and current at the time of your stay.

Yes, July 11, 2018 is the 7 month booking date for stays starting Feb 11, 2019.
