Hi, my niece is absolutely in love with Minnie and we were hoping to see her at breakfast at Chef Mickey's. I know there's no guarantee, but thought getting a percentage of how often she shows up would help us decide whether to keep this reservation or not.

So, if you have had BREAKFAST at Chef Mickey's, was Minnie there??

Thanks!!!

I have been there 4-5 times and each time Minnie was there along with Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale and of course Mickey!!

Everytime we have been to Chef Mickeys; Minnie has been there. Another place where we saw her was at the LT in MK. She was dressed up in a pilgrim type costume.
GL :goodvibes I hope you get to see her...

My family & I have only been to Chef Mickey's for dinner but sometimes in the mornings from our floor of the Contemporary we look down at Chef Mickey's & everytime we have looked down & saw Minnie there for breakfast.

Been there many times (both for breakfast and dinner) and we've always had Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale. We've also seen Donald there occassionally (although he stays in the welcome area and doesn't go around to tables since his tail gets in the way).

Minnie is at LTT but there is no Mickey. That's why we always hit Chef Mickey's (you get the big cheese and his main squeeze).

We've been about three times for breakfast and once for dinner and Minnie was always there. I'm a big Minnie myself and always need at least one Minnie meal during our vacation!! Cape May Cafe has Minnie in her swim suit which is sooo cute. LTT also features Minnie!

We have been there twice for breakfast and she was there both times

We have been there once for breakfast and she was there.

My 3 year old son is in love with Minnie at the moment so we have booked Cape May Cafe for breakfast on his birthday in September.

We are planning on buying a plush Minnie and wrapping it up and hoping the CMs will let Minnie bring it to our table so he thinks it is from her.

Minnie was there. Had my child's picture done with her. She even signed my DS big stuffed Mickey Mouse. Mickey signed his right hand and Minnie signed his left! CM's all thought this was a wonderful idea!

I bought 3 ft Mickey at Toys-r-us(Canada) for just 9.99. They had both Minnie and Mickey. Most people thought we bought him at Disney. We left for Disney near Christmas. I folded Mickey in a box. Wrapped the box in brown paper. Added my DS name and address, placed return address from Lake Buena Vista, FL and put some used stamps on it! He couldn't imagine whom it was from. When he opened it had a letter with a picture of Mickey saying " See you in two days, love your pal Mickey! He absolutely loved it and tells all his friends it came from Mickey himself!

He took it with him on the plane, and then to Chef Mickey's breakfast where it was signed by Mickey and Minnie.

Hiya,

I hit the wrong circle and voted no, but we have always had Minnie at CM. Sorry about that! Good luck!

For breakfast we had Minnie, Micky, Pluto, Goofy, and Chip & Dale. We arrived early so the characters had plenty of time to come by and visit. Love Chef Mickeys!

We've done CM's for breakfast twice and Minnie was there both times.

Leanne, we did this birthday gift idea last year at Cinderella's Royal Table for my niece's 3rd birthday. I bought her a Cinderella figurine playset and wrapped it in princess paper and asked the CM if Cinderella could give it to her. She said no, because it would upset other children who might see Cinderella giving her a gift but not giving one to them, so Disney policy was that characters can't give gifts. However, she said that SHE would come over when the characters arrived at our table and bring her the gift and tell her that it was from Cinderella. Whenever she plays with that toy, she announces that Cinderella gave it to her.

It's a great idea, and I know that everything always just depends on what cast member you get, but if yours tells you that Minnie isn't allowed to do that and doesn't suggest the other, there's an idea for you to ask her for backup -- ask her to bring it over while Minnie's there and say Minnie wanted him to have it. :)

Thanks everyone for your comments and voting thus far -- it's looking promising, so I think we'll keep this ressie and hope for the best, but NOT tell her in advance that Minnie will be there so she won't be disappointed if she's not.

This is the only character meal where Minnie wears her Minnie dress, and Mickey's there too, right? She has the red with white polka dots Minnie dress to wear there and wants to see Minnie while they MATCH, so Minnie in colonial dress or her swimsuit just won't do for that. :) And she needs Mickey too. :)

Thank you very much for your advice, i appreciate that. :thumbsup2

I will see if Minnie can do it, if not hopefully the cm will bring it over. I know it will make his day.

I would definately say CM is your best bet. Minnie is in her polka dot dress and you have Mickey too. :cloud9:

We've been more than once for dinner, in fact we have gone quite often. We have always had her!!

As another poster said she is at Cape May in a swim suit. And she greets out front my DD & DS got to spend alot of time with her one morning, we did a late breakfast & the host asked us if we wouldn't mind wait a few extra minutes while they cleared some tables up front 2 or 3 large groups had just left & we were the only ones waiting for a table. The kids had a ball with her.
