Poll: Pictures in trip reports, or linked?

I'm creating trip reports for our recent visit over the next couple of days, so I thought I'd get a sense of what folks prefer. Would you rather have images in the report itself, or as links you can click to open?

I prefer them in the report myself.
A lot of times here at work I can't open them.
