POLL: Opinion Please

I have two sets of ADRs and I need toi cancel one or the other. Both involve Coral Reef and Les Chefs each booked on the same day and around the same time. One set is for dinner time and the other for lunch. I also want to be able to see Remy at Les Chefs (I know there is a possiblity he won't show). I also want the best time to get as close as I can seating to fish tank (Again I know it not a garentee).

Day 1:
4:30 pm Les Chefs
5:50 pm Coral Reef

Day 2:
1:10 pm Coral Reef
1:50 pm Les Chefs

So which of the two should I cancel on Day 1 and which one should I cancel on Day 2? Why should I cancel that ADR? Or should I find a better time for either one and why?

I ate at Chefs de France for dinner and none of us liked it. Maybe lunch would be better?
So, I'd say Chefs de France for lunch and Coral Reef for dinner.

We prefer lunch at LeChef's. We get that quiche special. We have been there 5 times and the only time we have seen Remi was at lunch.

Never eaten at Coral Reef because it is at the front and we end up in WS by dinnertime. Also, don't care for the looks of the lunch menu there.
