Our last trip to FW our beloved beagle died one week before we left for WDW so our plans to take her didn't pan out

but we now have another doggie a cockapoo that we will be taking next year whenever we go back to the fort.
Our dog has always stayed in the camper during the day we try never to leave the camper for more that about 4 hours so if anything was to happen hopefully it wouldn't be to bad. We also try to camp in the cooler months, if we camp in the dead of summer we are always close by the camper.
Also I noticed while at the fort that the service workers are all over the parks and I know that if power was to go out in one of the pet loops that they would be right on it for the sake of the animals.
I have a sticker that I have placed onto our emergency window of our camper that states we have a dog inside so assist if needed...I got it from the Animal Sheltor so maybe your area carries the same thing so as to make people aware to flip your breaker. I only leave on the radio a fan and the air conditioner so that shouldn't cause the breaker to cut out by overloading it.
The only way you can tell if you really have a barker or not is to just put him/her in the camper and pretend to leave, that will tell you the tale...hopefully if you do have a barker animal lovers around you will understand...the camper a couple spaces up from us had a cute doggie that barked it's poor little head off the whole time his family was gone, it was quite as a mouse whenever they were there, we never said anything to them because I didn't want to spoil their time and I totally understood how you love a pet and want it with you, I couldn't rest if my pet was left at home because I haven't any pet loving friends that I could trust.
I have tryed to train my dog to look out the window and not bark at people and noises so hopefully this will pay off for me whenever we go back to disney we have a nice big window for him to look out of in the camper too.
