250 SSR - Studio - live close enough to drive down for longish weekends, so we are trying to stretch it as far as possible. Small children make this possible for now.
Originally posted by barbnbrian We own 240. Although we haven't made our first trip home yet, we have a reserved a 2 bedroom for 5 nights total. This is most likely what we will do yearly. So, I guess an AP won't work well for us.
Actually, if you have ANY flexibility in your schedule, it would work fine. Just make one reservation for the last week of August one summer and make it for the first week of August the next. You would only have to buy an AP every other year and would get at least 10 days out of it (maybe more with 5 nights each trip)
375 BWV points- with these points things vary from year to year. One year a one br, one year a two br and next year we are going on a cruise using part of this yr and all of next yrs points. Our very first trip (2000) we stayed 6 nights in a 2 br then moved to a studio for two more nights. That is the first and only time we have ever stayed in a studio!
210 BCV and 140 VWL and we usually stay in studios but depends we have stayes in 2 bedrooms and 1 bedrooms alot too.If it is just us we go studio so we go twice a year which this year we went 3 times.
380 OKW points. We usually do a 2 bedroom for 10 nights, but occationally do a GV, and sometimes a 1 bedroom if it is just the two of us. We will do a studio for a night, but not much more than that.
Our plans are usually 9 nights late Aug into Sept and then 5 nights high seasion either Chrismas or Easter (no week-ends on points then)
We always get a one bedroom, we're 4; 2 adults - 2 almost grown kids (14 & 16). We are thinking that we'd like to do the two bedroom one of these trips (not the holiday one) so on one has to sleep on the couch.
