The city of Houston recently changed to ONE pick up day per week. How many times a week do you get serviced?

LOL! I can't vote. My choice isn't there. My choice would be once a month or so, and it's a self-service (no pick up around here).

Steve - I suspect we were thinking about the same thing! And it wasn't trash pick-up!

Well, I put once a week, but that's only because we pay to have it picked up. If we didn't have a local company come do it, we would have to haul it away ourselves. We did that for a time, before DH got tired of it. So, we have to pay to "be serviced".

I also wasn't quite sure what the poll was asking (well I had one thought) until I read the post.

We get serviced ONCE per week. Wednesday is our lucky day!

I've never heard garbage pick-up called "get serviced"!! Every place I've ever lived has only been once a week. We currently have three containers: one for garbage, one for paper/tin/glass and one for yard clippings.
