No not over your spouse.

Do you get jealous when relatives or other people go to Disney?

I do! I just got back earlier this month. My parents are going in May and I want to go back!! I'm jealous!!

Oh Yeah...I know the feeling. My DF's coworker is going in a couple of weeks. I want to crawl in her luggage

Are you kidding me??? I am jealous thinking about all the people that are there right now, whether I know them or not!!!!

I do....whenever I hear someone say they are going to Disney, I get so jealous!! I want to be there too!!

The worst is when I know someone is going and they don't plan one second of their trip!! Makes me crazy thinking how they don't plan any of it!!

Or when a friend was helping her brother book a trip last year and kept saying All Stars weren't on Disney property because they were a distance away from MK . Or when she said Downtown Disney (DoubleTree) hotels were on Disney property so she would stay there instead :sad2:

A friend just went last week because she had a business trip to the Orlando area and her DH and kids went with her. She had absolutley nothing planned out...didn't know if she was going to rent a car, take a shuttle to the parks, had no park passes etc. I was dumbfounded!! But that's what happens when you are a compulsive planner! ;)

Are you kidding me?!?!? :rotfl: HECK YEAH!

I got downright pouty-baby when my ex-hubby took the Boys to WDW a couple summers ago. Then I find out theyre staying at Animal Kingdom - Concierge?!?? I WAS TICKED

"Maybe if he PAID me more child support and wasnt such a cheap-skate *I* could afford to put us up at AK-Concierge, too!!!!!" ***growl***

Then they got back - said it stunk with him. They wouldnt heed his advice for places to watch fireworks, how to get from place to place, no PS's were made, times to see the parade and where, busy park days, etc... in fact he got a little angry that they *knew* so much about the place (**sigh*** That's my boys! ) They said WE were much more fun!

Not jealous...more of a state of denial. I mean no one I know would ever go to a Disney park without me..nope not happening....never...that goes for all of you on the DIS as well. You guys are never there if I am sitting at home pining.

yeah, I get very jealous! To help hide my feelings I bombard them with all kinds of questions like...where are you staying? Ever been before? How many days you there?? and the list goes on and on! Some people appreciate my excitement, others I think get alittle scared of me!!!!!

Afraid not. I get *wildly jealous* of friends who go on trips where they'll see snow!

Nope! But then I go at least twice a month.

Great now I'm jealous of you! Not to mention you have the name of my favorite princess

That's a grass is always greener type thing. Living in NH I see way too much snow!! That car would get ruined up here in snow country :rotfl2:

I voted no because we go at least 2 times a month.

Oh yeah!!! ::yes:: I am going thru it right now. My brother and his family are there right now. so far I have gotten a call so I could listen to the Electric Water Pageant from his balcony at WLV, from the line to Splash Mtn., and last night from in front of Italy so I could hear Illuminations.

It really is kind of funny, and I would do the same thing to him so I can't get too upset.

Nope. I am there for at least a month every year so I get my fill.

My mil is pee green envy that her dd , sil, and granddaughter are going to WDW with her sil parents this May. She is a women that has been telling us since my kids were small that she would take us. It never happened. She walked into my house the other day and told me it was 20 years ago, that they went to WDW.

I know she is feeling really blue about her dd and her family going with her sil parents, so I asked her if she would like to go with me, my dd-22 and other dd-16 for maybe 5 nites, 6 days. Her response, "you and the girls can go" and I said, "no would you like to go with us,"

She screamed into the phone, "oh grandpa would never go for that". I told her we could share a room cause I received an e-mail code for rooms and the 4 of us could go. (my husband gave me his blessings).

Nope, she rather stay home-and wallow in her envy. I think she is mad that I asked her to go, and now she can't complain to me anymore.

My mil is only 65-I don't know why she wants to act like an old person that doesn't want to do anything. What a waste of retirement.

I'm ok with it...as long as I know I'll be going soon.

DS8's teacher is leaving for Disney tonight. Ohhhh!

I'm a teacher at the school also & today she & I were discussing her trip.
I told her how envious I am of her 5 day trip -- then she said, "Oh, you be quiet...your family is going in May for twice as long as I am!"

YES!!!!!!!!! Then again, that makes all of us kind of silly for hanging around here reading about everyone elses trips....

But, speaking for myself anyway, I can't stop! :rotfl:
