Polka-Dot name with Minnie

Hi,

I am in need of a name to go on a shirt! I want the name to be in polka-dot letters with Minnie leaning on the first letter. I would like the letter to be pink polka dot and Minnie to be in a pink dress. The girls names are Emily and Ellie. Can someone help me???? I have a picture of one but cannot get it posted here. I can e-mail it so someone if that would help!
