CLOSED - All Points Rented.
We have 150+ Saratoga Springs points and 200+ Animal Kingdom points available for use by September 30, 2019. We are also open to transferring those points. We also have all of 4
Boardwalk points that we can transfer.
We are asking $17 per point for any resort.
We have a few banked 2017 Use year points for both resorts and can use some of our 2019 use year if you need more points in your reservation (hence the + sign).
Payment will be via PayPal friends and family with first 50% non-refundable within 5 days of email confirmation that reservation has been made in your name and remaining 50% non-refundable within 30 days thereafter. Any PayPal fees would need to be paid by the renter.
If reservation is made for less than 60 days out then 100% non-refundable payment is required within 10 days of email confirmation that reservation has been made in your name.
You will agree to follow all DVC rules, just as an owner. Upon reservation being made in your name we’ll send over a rental contract to sign.
We can arrange Magical Express and / or Disney Dining Plan, if needed.
If you are interested in renting, please send us the following information so we can check availability:
- DVC resort(s)
- Dates & Number of nights
- Type of room (e.g., studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom)
- Type of view (e.g., standard, preferred, lake, boardwalk, etc.)
