points for rental

Hello! I have a bunch of points available for rental. 38 points are from this use year (dec) and 200 are from next year.

As for terms of rental, the price is $9.75/point. I need 60 days in advance to cancel the reservation. No refund if 30 days or less cancellation. Payment is due within 1 week of reservation. I will mail you a copy of the reservation.

I do have references for positive past transactions and would be happy to email them to you once we have agreed that I will try to make the reservation for you.

I will make the reservation for you, if you agree. I would need to know the names of all people on the ressie in advance.
