Is there a points chart for all disney resorts for DVC

Yes there are. They are in the pre-sales kit you get from a DVC guide, they are posted on the member site, they are in the membership guidebook, and there are several software applications floating around these boards that help with the planning.

the only difference in 2002/2003 is that thanksgiving and the two weeks around Easter change each year. Otherwise is the same - the WDW hotels have changed alot.

the BCV are the same as VWL point wise.
