Point Transfers anyone else have these issues?

This is the 2nd year in a row I have "bought/rented" pts from another member that transfered pts into my account. Last year it was a mess they doubled the pts in the account I kept saying that is wrong and it took months to clean up. Thankfully I didn't have any reservations get messed up. Ok I did this again this year just made some reservations and they doubled the pts again. I told MS this is wrong and he said well we show they transfered this amount in and that is what computer has so this is what you have. BTW I did tell them before it was wrong and apparently they fixed it? Now do I just let it ride and it will straighten out on its own or best case I get more pts? Or do I go through the same mess that took a good 10hours of my time and months to get straighten out?

Anyone else have these issues when they transfer or do they just have my account flagged to screw up everytime!?
 
Welcome to the world of Member Services. We have never had a transfer worked correctly, even when we transfer between two of our own accounts. Don't waste your time talking to a regular Adviser. Ask to speak to a Team Line Member.
